New Jersey Fire Equipment reminds you to Remember the PASS system Pull, Aim, Squeeze and Sweep when you need to use the extinguisher.
First remove the safety pin from the handle.
Aim the nozzle at the base of the fire this is the spot where the flames are touching the fuel source.
Squeeze the handle to activate the Fire Extinguisher
Sweep back and forth across the base of the flames until the fire is out.
